Types of Materials

Wiraflex corrugated conduit comes in four types of materials:

  • HDPE (High Dense Polyethylene)
  • PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
  • PP (Polypropylene)
  • HF (Halogen Free)*

As a result, customers can choose the suitable grades to meet the UL/RoHS requirements.

Standards Compliance

Wiraflex corrugated conduits are manufactured to comply with BSEN 61386-22:2004 (IEC 6136-22:2002).

HF conduits are also in compliance with ASTM E662_2006, IEC 60754-1:1994, IEC 60754-2:1997 (Amendment 1:1997).

*Wiraflex HF corrugated conduit is exclusively used for cable installation to meet highest safety requirements. It possesses the advantage properties of high temperature resistant (-25°C to 110°C), Low smoke, non-toxic and corrosive gas emission when subject to fire. What’s more, Wiraflex HF corrugated conduit has excellent impact and compression strength and flame retardant properties.
